After more than 10 years in professional development, I began to recognize a common theme among the multitude of people who I have designed for, facilitated, and trained - most were trying to grow from an inauthentic place. This always led to the same outcomes: stagnation, overwhelm, numbness, and reverting back to comfortable, but unresourceful habits.
As a Lifestyle Strategist, my approach is based on creating a Yin Space that's safe for you to come towards yourself. Deepening your receptivity, stillness, and introspection, I combine my intuition, personal development expertise, Human Design, Gene Keys, Astrology, Akasha and the appreciation for the unique to support soulful humans, like you and your families, who crave a deeper sense of knowing and confidence in who you are, what you're here to do, and greater clarity on the direction you're headed.
After working together, clients have more confidence in their own self-acceptance and the ability to flow with life instead of trying to force and control it.
They've been affirmed in the ways their energy works, how they understand their own markers of success, and leave what "should" be done behind. They take radical responsibility for the lifestyle they lead.
Through your own self-discovery and exploration of your unique energetic compulsions and awareness, I help clients embrace their core foundation, integrate the parts they thought they would have to leave behind and thrive as the whole being they were always meant to be.
The biggest gift is a return to your most natural state, feeling empowered as you move towards your deeper needs while intentionally exploring your power, freedom, and organic journey through the mundane.
As you can probably tell, I really love my family. Our home is the cauldron where so much of what I’ve come to understand about life, love, self-leadership, and learning has been formed.
We travel often, and it’s one of our greatest joys—especially because I’m always noticing how different environments shape our nervous systems, our identities, and our sense of self. One of my favorite moments was when my son casually said, “I love how I feel here. I know where I want to live,” while we watched a drive-in movie from the trunk of an SUV in New Hampshire.
On a quieter day, you’ll find me with a really good matcha chai, trying something new, creating for the sake of creating, on a spiritual trip surrounded by kindred souls or simply getting outside to touch grass.. Museums and lush jungles are where I feel awe most easily—the places that remind me how big, textured, and alive the world really is.
